Let your dog stand naturally on level ground. Place a ruler horizontally across the widest part of the weight-bearing pad without squeezing the paw. Subtract the smaller reading A from the larger reading B to get the width in centimetres.

Measure each paw separately, especially front versus back. Compare your notes with the chart for the exact style you want. Breed and weight are only rough references.

Our current shoes come as 2 shoes per pack. For four paws, choose two packs, selecting different sizes where needed. Ask us before ordering if a measurement is borderline or uncertain.

Low and mid describe cuff height, not universal sizes. Check the cuff and size options actually offered on your chosen product, then use that product’s chart.

City Walk is designed for gentle strolls with senior dogs. Consider activity, paw width and your dog’s response during fitting; age alone does not determine size.

Front and back paws may need different options. Watch for slipping, twisting or altered movement. Stop and adjust discomfort rather than repeatedly tightening straps.

Let your dog investigate the shoes before a short indoor fitting, using rewards to make the experience positive.

Check size, quantity and orientation first, then fastening. Use a familiar, level space and observe how the shoes follow each paw while walking, turning and stopping.

Treat the first fitting as a check, not an endurance test. Repeated shaking, slipping or discomfort is a reason to stop and reassess sizing and fastening.

Remove the shoes, check paws and between the toes for debris, then clean gently and dry.

Check ventilation openings, straps and interiors for grit or wear. Remove damp or dirty insoles and follow their care instructions; let them dry fully before reuse.

Note recurring rubbing, odour or slipping so you can describe it to our team. Persistent redness, pain or limping should be assessed by a vet.

Each pack contains 8 insoles. Choose the size matching your dog shoes and check that each insole lies flat without folds or raised edges. Place each insole with the grey side facing up and the yellow side facing down. Use insoles only in dusty environments; they are not needed for everyday wear.

Insoles cannot replace correct shoe sizing. Avoid stacking layers to fill an oversized shoe. Check for dampness, distortion and damage before and after use.

Follow the product’s cleaning guidance and dry fully before refitting. Members can request a pack for 200 points; our team checks balance, shoe size and shipping arrangements.

Have your dog stand upright with the neck raised. Keep the tape close without tightening. Measure around the thickest neck area, the widest chest behind the front legs, and straight from the shoulder-blade area to the tail base.

Compare all three with the garment’s chart. Jumpsuits and knitwear have different cuts; the same size letter does not promise the same fit.

Sizing down between sizes is not a general rule. It applies only to specific high-stretch styles with explicit guidance. Otherwise, use the garment’s cut and movement allowance.
